Rates 

Rental rates vary and are determined by:

• Day of the week

• Rental timeframe

• Volume of guest

Payment for the venue rental:

• We accept cash, check or credit card.  In use of credit card, a 2.9% fee will be applied.

• A minimum of 50% of event rental cost is due at the time of booking.

• Remaining event rental cost due 15 days prior to the event date.

• Remaining event rental cost due 60 days prior to the event for events booked greater than 6 months from event date.

• A deposit of $150.00 is due 15 days prior to event date for cleaning and damages.  Customer will receive full deposit back after return of event space in condition in which it was provided to them.
